TraceLinc collects DNA samples and coordinates testing through accredited third-party laboratories. TraceLinc does not perform the laboratory analysis itself.
2. Eligibility

You have legal authority to consent to DNA testing on behalf of a minor or dependent.
Users must ensure that all individuals being tested have provided proper consent as required by law.
3. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, or email.
By scheduling an appointment, you agree that:
All individuals being tested must be present at the scheduled time and location.
Valid identification may be required for legal DNA testing.
Failure to appear at the scheduled appointment may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

4. Payment Terms
Payment may be required at the time of booking or at the time of service.
All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. TraceLinc does not store full payment card information.

5. Laboratory Testing and Results
DNA analysis is performed by independent accredited laboratories.
TraceLinc's role is limited to sample collection and coordination of testing services.
While laboratories follow strict scientific procedures, TraceLinc does not guarantee specific test outcomes or results.
Estimated turnaround times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed, as results depend on laboratory processing.
6. Legal DNA Testing
Legal DNA testing requires strict chain-of-custody procedures.
Participants may be required to provide:

Photographs during collection
Signatures on official documentation
Failure to comply with required procedures may invalidate the legal admissibility of results.
