TraceLinc provides mobile DNA sample collection services for various DNA testing purposes, including but not limited to:

  • Other relationship DNA tests

TraceLinc collects DNA samples and coordinates testing through accredited third-party laboratories. TraceLinc does not perform the laboratory analysis itself.

2. Eligibility

By using our services, you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or

  • You have legal authority to consent to DNA testing on behalf of a minor or dependent.

Users must ensure that all individuals being tested have provided proper consent as required by law.

3. Appointment Scheduling

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, or email.

By scheduling an appointment, you agree that:

  • All individuals being tested must be present at the scheduled time and location.

  • Valid identification may be required for legal DNA testing.

  • Failure to appear at the scheduled appointment may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

TraceLinc reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to technician availability, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Payment Terms

Payment may be required at the time of booking or at the time of service.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. TraceLinc does not store full payment card information.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

5. Laboratory Testing and Results

DNA analysis is performed by independent accredited laboratories.

TraceLinc's role is limited to sample collection and coordination of testing services.

While laboratories follow strict scientific procedures, TraceLinc does not guarantee specific test outcomes or results.

Estimated turnaround times are provided for convenience but are not guaranteed, as results depend on laboratory processing.

6. Legal DNA Testing

Legal DNA testing requires strict chain-of-custody procedures.

Participants may be required to provide:

  • Government-issued identification

  • Photographs during collection

  • Signatures on official documentation

Failure to comply with required procedures may invalidate the legal admissibility of results.

7. User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and truthful.

  • You have the legal right to request DNA testing for the individuals involved.

  • You will not use our services for illegal, fraudulent, or unethical purposes.

TraceLinc reserves the right to refuse service if misuse or legal violations are suspected.

TraceLinc does not provide legal, medical, or psychological advice.

TraceLinc may rely on third-party providers for:

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or practices of third-party service providers.
